Bespoke Lakeside Garden Office with Cantilevered Decking

Set within a beautiful woodland setting overlooking a peaceful lake, this bespoke 5m x 4m garden office was designed and built to make the most of its stunning natural surroundings.

One of the standout features of this project is our bespoke, custom-made powder-coated aluminium cladding, finished in anthracite to create a striking contemporary appearance. The aluminium exterior is complemented by a warm timber-lined canopy with integrated LED spotlights.

Another impressive feature is the cantilevered timber decking, which extends beyond the edge of the ground, overhanging the slope that drops away towards the lake. This creates a stunning elevated outdoor space where the customer can relax and enjoy the surrounding woodland and lakeside views. The decking is finished with a timber balustrade.

The garden room was constructed on a concrete base, with gravel pathways and timber edging providing access around the building while blending naturally into the woodland setting.

Large aluminium bifold doors with integrated blinds allow the front of the room to open up, creating a seamless connection between the interior, the decking and the beautiful lakeside views.

Internally, the room provides a comfortable and practical home office, complete with contemporary lighting, wood-effect flooring and a log burner, making it an inviting space to work or relax throughout the year.

This project demonstrates how a fully bespoke garden room can combine specialist materials, thoughtful design and high-quality craftsmanship to create a truly unique space tailored to its surroundings.
